Appointment and quote forms collect contact information, vehicle details, symptoms, and any photos you choose to send. These details help the workshop review your request, prepare an estimate, and coordinate service.
Access and communication
Customer records are accessible only to authorized workshop administrators. Transactional messages may be sent through our email provider. A private estimate or booking link grants access to its associated request; please keep it confidential.
Storage and service providers
When configured for production, records and uploaded images are stored in Supabase. Transactional emails are processed by the workshop’s configured email provider. Workshop administrators can access submissions for service-related purposes. This site uses an essential session cookie for administrator login.
Questions or removal requests
Use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Please avoid including financial account information or other sensitive documents in uploaded images.
Business configuration
The business must review and finalize its privacy policy, retention periods, and contact information before accepting live customer submissions.
